I managed a team of four developers and two quality assurance specialists to deliver the update of the existing Keno game. The project was developed in an agile way, and it successfully passed the client's tests before launch. Designs were provided by the client, while my team worked on developing animations, visual improvements, and the overall UX.

Invoice Generator

Managed several releases of the invoice generator feature.

I delivered the invoice upload feature that introduced managing invoice-related items through the servicer portal to servicers. Next, I upgraded the functionality by automatically generating invoices on behalf of servicers based on the data in the system if specific requirements were met. I managed both iterations throughout the feature lifecycle from requirements collection to launch.

RM Migrator

Developed a data migrator from RM API and migrated more than 20 schools using this new migrator with a high level of confidence.

I managed a team of two developers that designed the RM migrator in two months. We also collected all requirements, analyzed RM API documentation, determined necessary data transformations, and tested the implemented items thoroughly. The project was delivered in an agile way, and by the end of the project, the customer team had high confidence in the migrator, and numerous schools were successfully migrated.

Lottery Mobile App (LMA)

Developed a realistic plan for the project that was delivered in time and within budget. Coordinated deliverables with two other vendors and managed always to stay one step ahead.

I coordinated a discovery workshop and created the project plan and budget. Later, I facilitated meetings with other vendors and adjusted the plan when necessary. Additionally, I managed a team of four developers and two QAs to deliver 18 APIs used by other vendors building the mobile app. I delivered everything in time and thoroughly tested; as a result, we were recognized as the best vendor by the client.
