I managed a dedicated team to conduct a health assessment, reassess risks and constraints, redesign conceptual blueprints, develop a proper plan, and reorganize and rescope the project. I successfully reroute the project within four months.

BPO Payroll Solution

Managed the implementation of an integrated payroll solution that is the main platform of the business unit that provides BPO services and also supports all the company´s entities.

This solution helps us to automate the payroll processes, reduce mistakes, stay flexible to changes, and align with the local government regulations and accounting standards. Furthermore, it can be integrated with banks, pension organizations, and tax agencies. All of these features reduce efforts, simplify processing, and provide better information and services to our employees and external clients.

Process Improvement and KPI/SLA Compliance

Led the project to improve processes and meet KPIs and SLAs indicators for the Service Desk team responsible for all health institutions, prior to the ITSM software platform migration project.

I achieved 100% optimization of IT incident solution processes by implementing disruptive solutions, improving 60% of KPIs. I managed activities, schedules, budgets, quality, resources, and teams; including risks, problems and incidents presented in the project lifecycle. I also reduced backlog records by leading a specialized team—achieving a minimum historical level of less than 0.5% considering all cases within SLAs.

Improvement and Standardization of Application Security

Led the implementation of cybersecurity policies for all the applications in the company.

I managed over 15 administrators, developers, architects, testers, and analysts across four different teams to launch each of the changes required to improve the security and reduce vulnerabilities found on applications.

The project included configuration changes, applications redesign and redevelopment, changes in procedures, and use of new technologies, among others.

Managed the implementation of an integrated data analytics and visualization solution that is the central platform of the business unit that provides BPO services for external/final clients.
