Led the US redevelopment from native to hybrid technology of an app platform that aims to support people diagnosed with cancer and managed, in under a year, the delivery of a white label framework that could be adapted for any country in the world.

I managed the delivery from the initially agreed-upon prototype to the release of the US version. I also acted as a central point between business and tech, managing C-level stakeholders and all components of the development team from architects to UX designers to developers and QAs.

Content Delivery Platform for the Healthcare Company, Pfizer

Led the delivery of a hybrid mobile app and back-end content platform delivering streaming/downloaded video or static content (developed for a platform in Russia and Turkey initially).

I managed a team of ten architects, developers, testers, UX designers, analytics, and reporting team members to deliver a platform framework that allowed for multiple regions to have their own customized mobile content delivery platform. The initial development was for two markets but the platform was designed to allow the rapid set up and deployment for further markets with the configuration to enable new localized builds.

I led the development process from the project kick-off to live and it was delivered on time and within scope. I also developed all the materials and flow for new market onboarding—reducing market time to live by 70%.

Pfizer enterprise has many disparate verticals with limited control about how technology is delivered by their localized agencies. Laws in local countries differ but the overall process is the same: check that the content is releasable via a strict process and ensure that the technology conforms to Pfizer standards before it goes live.

This technology solution covered three areas:
• Capture all assets produced and their delivery environments, allowing regulatory teams to be notified when content on any relevant pre-prod environment changed, then show them the changes by highlighting only changes made, so they do not need to read everything.
• Allow the manual submission of produced PDF content and automatically check for any potential claims being made in the documentation using ML technology.
• Ensure that the sites conform to required tests for registration, login, data capturing, and SSO requirements.

I managed these three streams of Agile work from their inception to BAU. I asserted the Agile Scrum/Kanban process, recruited team members, helped the team move to a CD model, trained product owners, developers, UX designers, and testers in delivering in a continuous model.

Latitude52 | Luxury Poland Travel Packages

Set up business that provided luxury travel packages which included providing high-end tour guides, drivers, and hotel services in four major Polish cities.

I set up the organization's business plan, marketing strategy, and financial cost model as well as sourcing quality products and suppliers.

I also incepted, researched, and created the framework design for the WordPress site and handled the off-shored development to India via an online freelance agency. This work included also sourcing designers for branding and site imagery as well as obtaining third-party tools for email subscription, booking, and eCommerce engines.

I also wrote all content and blog posts for the organization in addition to establishing the legal compliance to TTA and the conformance to ICO registration, PCI-DSS, privacy and T&Cs, and merchant banks.

Finally, I also visited and interviewed suppliers for products, drivers, and accommodation providers.
