TYPEWISER—Collaborative Platform for Grant Writing
http://typewiser.comLaunched a SaaS tool to write grant proposals and built the development team from scratch.
Typewiser is a smart grant writing platform designed to help customers deliver expert-level funding proposals.
My role included hiring an engineering team, managing 15 developers, QAs, DevOps, designers, and support engineers. I defined the development process, tools, and workflow and coached the team on the Agile methods.
As a product manager, I owned the product roadmap.
Bluehawk—3D Simulator for Emergency Services Training
Initiated the first version of the simulator and integrated the cutting-edge devices such as Oculus Rift 3D goggles, Igloo Vision 360° projection dome, and IP audio and video recording devices by IndigoVision.
I managed a team of 12 developers, testers, and graphic artists to build a 3D simulator for emergency services training and introduced the team to Scrum. While working closely with the clients to create a bespoke product based on their requirements, I also liaised with vendors and contractors.
Inspection Management System's Implementation
Replaced SAP PM with a dedicated tool for inspection management in a European refinery.
I contributed to the inspection management system’s implementation by deploying the new inspection management tool, migrating all the historical data from SAP to a new inspection management tool, and developing integration with Oracle Enterprise Asset Management (eAM) for asset management and preventive maintenance.
