- Worked on MVP creation and concept polish with different companies including startups and enterprises. - City Paid Parking Management — MobzzoLeading the discovery phase, solution proposal, and implementation of a SaaS for city paid parking management.
The project is a SaaS that cities can use to add to their different paid parking zones, accept payments from users, have inspection teams, car tow services, and fines service.
The project has an extensive web admin for managing all aspects of the city parking, implemented through four different mobile applications:
1. Consumer's application—Users are able to pay for their parking, request subscription, and pay their fines.
2. Inspector's application—City employees can inspect the cars to check if they have paid for parking or not. If not, they can issue a fine and/or tire blocking and car tow service.
3. The other two applications allow other city employees involved in tire block service or tow service to locate the cars: They pick them up and drop them at other municipality parking for fined cars.
The project has integration with smart devices, Google services, and different payment gateways.
