Project History
  • Audit Process Platform
    Led the development of business enterprise platform for large audit and assessment services organization with 12 scrum teams.

    After completion of a successful discovery phase working with the customer product owners, the high-level product backlog was built and estimated. Post that the platform was architected, moving to design and development and delivered against the planned milestones.

    The application was built with a brand new look and feel, and smart navigation around the workspace making it ready for future use on any device. Developed custom built questionnaire tool flexible to accommodate the industry being audited and directly linking to the workspace. To accommodate the traveling auditors, effective conflict resolution system has been built that enables the auditors to choose the method of connection and synchronization like “always online," “Sync Periodically,” or “Work Offline."

    The platform is launched and all the auditors across the 160 countries are performing the audits in a standardized and efficient way and thereby improving the customer service.

  • Facility Management Platform - Project Tracking
    Led the development of project tracking capability for the facility management platform.

    1. Planned and executed the project tracking capability from concept to general availability.
    2. Collaborated with the product manager to define the concept, requirements and getting approval from the executive sponsor.
    3. Contributed to the estimations, planning, and scheduling of the project
    4. Led the development team to deliver the project as per the timeline with the highest quality. No defects have been identified after the launch.
    5. Worked with the account and customer success teams to identify the customers for limited availability, planned for execution, and implemented the same.
    6. Conducted training sessions to the learning and development and support teams to support the platform after general availability.
    7. Owned the communications throughout the life cycle from concept to general availability for both internal and external customers.

  • Sales Compensation Incentive Engine
    Led team through multiple releases of new, high visible sales incentive compensation engine (ICE).

    As principal PM/scrum master, coached the teams to move to agile methodology from traditional waterfall.

    Introduced agile release planning with periodic releases and sprints aligned to the product roadmaps.

    1. Led the business stakeholders of the Noble Services group to drive the vision and strategy for the project.
    2. Published the overall plan for moving all their employees spread across the world along with the headquarters team to move to Microsoft platform without any impact to their existing business.
    3. Drove the execution of the plan working with all the stakeholders and managing teams across time zones parallel.
    4. Conducted the project kick-off meeting, weekly status meetings, monthly executive steering committee meetings, and ensured everyone had the latest update of the project.
    5. All employees have been moved to Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange platform with no impact or downtime for the business.
    6. Project was delivered on schedule and within budget with a savings of 5%.

  • Chatbot Offerings
    Led the business offering team as Microsoft for building the Chatbot offering for Utility Services.

    1. Conducted the discussions with the sales team across Microsoft Services to understand the needs of the bot for utility services.
    2. Led the architects, business analysts, and UX design teams to define the business and technical requirements for building a bot that can initiate the conversation and conduct transactions in utility space.
    3. Led the technical team to estimate and define the program management details like the number of resources, schedule, and cost for the offering.
    4. Collaborated with marketing and account management teams to land the offerings for the pilot customers.
    5. Collected the feedback and input from pilot customers to refine the offering.
    6. The offering has been launched in GITEX and Europe Consumer Show and got additional customers and more business.
