I was responsible for the compliance and implementation of unilateral access programs across core data products, partnering with engineering teams to architect, design, and prioritize implementation to meet external commitments. I managed partnerships with different product areas and drove the cross-functional teams to identify areas of collaboration and deliver the agreed commitments.

Led the cloud migration project for Gap Inc. to optimize the infrastructure resources by building a hybrid cloud platform, migrating the business services to Azure after rearchitecting and transforming them using Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS).

Led the kick-off meeting. Worked with the customer for Rapid Prototyping and built the overall migration plan. Executed the plan, managing four migration trains simultaneously along with the core platform team.

Migrated 80+ applications to Azure Kubernetes Services, thereby reducing the deployment time to days from weeks, helping them to deploy new applications and services faster and enabling their eCommerce business.

After completing a successful discovery phase working with the customer product owners, the high-level product backlog was built and estimated. After that, the platform was architected, moved to design and development, and delivered against the planned milestones.

The application was built with a brand-new look and feel and smart navigation around the workspace, making it ready for future use on any device. I developed a custom-built questionnaire tool that is flexible to accommodate the industry being audited and directly linking to the workspace. To accommodate the traveling auditors, an effective conflict resolution system has been built that enables the auditors to choose the method of connection and synchronization like “Always Online,” “Sync Periodically,” or “Work Offline.”

The platform has been launched, and all the auditors across the 160 countries are performing audits in a standardized and efficient way, thereby improving customer service.

I led the team to remodel the customer experience platform to drive customer behavior based on data insights and increase revenue through monetization. I created a program plan that is inclusive of both the customer and our services team to deliver the MVP to production in 90 days

WORK DONE
• Planned and executed the project tracking capability from concept to general availability.
• Collaborated with the product manager to define the concept and requirements and get approval from the executive sponsor.
• Contributed to the estimations, planning, and scheduling of the project
• Led the development team to deliver the project on time and with the highest quality. No defects were identified after the launch.
• Worked with the account and customer success teams to identify customers with limited availability, plan their execution, and implement it.
• Conducted training sessions for the learning, development, and support teams to support the platform after general availability.
• Owned communications throughout the life cycle from concept to general availability for both internal and external customers.

As the principal PM/scrum master, I coached the teams to move from Waterfall to Agile.

WORK DONE
• Introduced agile release planning with periodic releases and sprints aligned to the product roadmaps.
• Facilitated the product discovery workshops to finalize the requirements for a cloud-based rewrite of the legacy system.
• Coached the customer team on agile methodology and enabled them to adapt the same across all their projects.
• Drove the team to migrate to VSTS to support the agile delivery.

WORK DONE
• Led the business stakeholders of the Noble Services group to drive the project’s vision and strategy.
• Published the overall plan for moving all their employees worldwide, along with the headquarters team, to the Microsoft platform without any impact on their existing business.
• Drove the execution of the plan by working with all the stakeholders and managing teams across time zones in parallel.
• Conducted the project kick-off meeting, weekly status meetings, and monthly executive steering committee meetings and ensured everyone had the latest update on the project.
• Delivered the project on schedule and within budget with a savings of 5%.

All employees have been moved to Microsoft Active Directory and the Microsoft Exchange platform with no impact on the business or downtime.

WORK DONE
• Conducted discussions with the sales team across Microsoft Services to understand the needs of the bot for utility services.
• Led the architects, business analysts, and UX design teams in defining the business and technical requirements for building a bot that can initiate conversations and conduct transactions in the utility space.
Led the technical team in estimating and defining program management details, such as the number of resources, schedule, and cost for the offering.
• Collaborated with marketing and account management teams to land the offerings for the pilot customers.
• Collected the feedback and input from pilot customers to refine the offering.

The offering has been launched on GITEX and Europe Consumer Show, attracting additional customers and more business.
