Westpac Institutional Bank needed a bespoke new customer automated process via BPM technologies to be implemented over six months. I led to team to initiate the project, delivery MVP in 13 weeks, the provide two subsequent releases.

Led the requirements discovery, the selection of COTS software and vendor, and the completion of the pilot project.

Worked with Caltex's airport business to automate and optimize the provision of fuel to airlines across Australia.
