    Delivered the project via adapted Scrum, customized to accommodate organization needs. Responsible for all scrum ceremonies, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and delivery. Led a cross-functional team of 13 across three timezones. Owned the traditional core PM items of budget, communications, scope, and commercial management. Monitored the team's alignment with the adapted scrum framework, and led the education of business stakeholders in agile/iterative delivery benefits and ways of working.

  • Iteration Lead and Scrum Master: Core Banking Cloud Migration Design and Planning
    Led the planning and design for a leading Australian bank's migration into an Azure, cloud-based open banking platform.

    Scoped and phased the roadmap for the program to provide the open banking platform in Azure public cloud. Responsible for the delivery of the design and planning phase, including discovery and initial backlog production, sprint execution, and facilitation of ceremonies. Owned the completion of four sprints, achievement of MVP, and specification of the next phase.

  • Program Manager and Scrum Master: Bank Customer Onboarding
    Implemented the Westpac Institutional Bank's new customer workflow via Scrum.

    Westpac Institutional Bank needed a bespoke new customer automated process via BPM technologies to be implemented over six months. I led to team to initiate the project, delivery MVP in 13 weeks, the provide two subsequent releases.

  • Delivery Lead and Scrum Master: Airport Fueling Optimization
    Led the requirements discovery, the selection of COTS software and vendor, and the completion of the pilot project.

    Worked with Caltex's airport business to automate and optimize the provision of fuel to airlines across Australia. Worked with front-line stakeholders to capture work practices, customer pain points, and data interface needs. Planned and executed software product selection, and engagement of vendors for implementation.
