Senior Application Engineer

Microchip

Led the development of a full-stack application that connects to the GitHub API and pulls statistics about the repository views to create long-term, flexible statistics. Technologies used were Node.js, React, and Docker.
Developed an IoT application that connects to the AWS and Google IoT clouds to send data securely. Moreover, added visualization of that data using web-specific technologies.
Oversaw the development of demo applications for a new family of products highlighting the products' key features. Kept constant communication with the stakeholders such that the progress was visible across all of the teams.

Experience

Passwordless Login Server

A Node.js-based server that implements cryptographic authentication using public and private key infrastructure. On the other hand, it implements the OAuth2 protocol to allow clients to register with its users to benefit from our password-less login. I served as the lead developer on both the server-side and the mobile applications.

Personal Trainer App

A JavaScript-based app for connecting personal fitness trainers with their clients. I was in charge of the front-end dashboard where trainers could assign workout and meal plans for their clients and the Android app. Initially, the back end was Firebase-based, and later I was tasked to switch it to a Node.js custom back-end server.

Office Space Management Web App

A React-based web app for booking hot desks in a company office. I developed the web app that consumed GraphQL API generated by self-hosted Parse Server. Two of the core components were the HTML Canvas-based office plan with drag and zoom capabilities and the web notifications feature.
