Web Application for Real Estate Business

This Azure-based application helps real estate owners monitor investments and track properties in different phases. I also implemented a workflow that a designer used to automatize business-related flows.

CRM for Real Estate Investor Software

It is a React and .NET Core application that uses Twilio for communication with SMS, MMS, voice, scheduling, and IVR. The application uses a dynamic query engine that generates custom conditions and KPIs.

My responsibilities were Twilio integration and server-side code.

In this project, I developed a Twilio-based SaaS solution for a real estate firm, focusing on efficient client communication management. The system intelligently handles incoming calls, SMS, and MMS from potential clients, distributing them across various campaigns using algorithms like round-robin, shotgun, and queue. Key features include the ability for the SaaS to purchase and configure new phone numbers tailored to specific campaigns, ensuring targeted and effective client engagement and streamlined lead management.
