Transition Manager

Served as the transition manager in MHI International Hotels, driving a cloud migration over 12 months. I was the internal manager of all the technical teams, reporting directly to the client and the project manager. In this context, I coordinated a group of around 25 and 50 people according
to the phase of the project and the demand.

The project's governance committee was formed with personnel from MHI and Telefónica: MHI's IT manager, Telefónica's project director, Telefónica's transition manager, and the outgoing provider's transition manager (IBM). An external outsourcing consultant also collaborated in the process, Quint Wellington Redwood.

DevSecOps Santander Technology and Operation

The goal of this project was to implement a new cross-platform pipeline model based on ArgoCD valid for Kubernetes, Openshift, and Terraform. As a DevSecOps enterprise cloud architect, my goal was to design and test the model within the Technology and Operation department of the Santander banking group.

SAP Migration to GCP

The project consisted of designing security and landing in GCP following the principles of Google Foundations to migrate the entire SAP infrastructure of a client in the ceramics sector with an international presence. The deployment was done in two main Google regions, plus a third one as a backup.
