CI/CD Pipeline for a Python-Flask Microservice

Built a CI/CD pipeline for deploying scalable and secure Python-Flask application to a Google Cloud Platform's Kubernetes Engine cluster. The setup is continuously deployed to a staging environment, while Spinnaker is utilized to approve and manually deploy the app to the production environment.

MLOps Pipeline for Text Sentiment Analysis on Amazon SageMaker

I created an MLOps pipeline using Amazon SageMaker for fine-tuning and deploying DistilBERT (a smaller, faster, cheaper, and lighter version of Google BERT LLM). Further, I fine-tuned the LLM on the IMDB dataset and made it deployable into a serverless SageMaker Inference endpoint for optimal cost inference. Also, I used spot training instances to optimize training costs.
