I developed strategic technology and operational implementation plans to support origination growth from $350 million to $2.4 billion in five years. These plans included the implementation of new headquarters, new Unix-based origination systems, and a complete IT department separate from the parent Fortune 1000 financial entity.
SCM Practice for a Fortune 250 Insurer
This project involved establishing an SCM practice, including a staffing model, strategic implementation planning, budgeting, and operational management. The new system vastly reduced development rework, improved production reliability, and enabled effective metrics to drive development decisions.
New Program Development for a Fortune 100 Entity
