A project in which we've migrated a large scale infrastructure that was using a more traditional way of performing deployments using Puppet and Terraform to immutable deployments with Spinnaker using pre-baked AMIs.

Managing Hundreds of Kubernetes Clusters Using Kompos, an Open-source Project

Kompos is a configuration driven tool for provisioning and managing Kubernetes infrastructure across AWS and Azure. It uses a hierarchical folder structure and YAML files to store and generate configurations, with pluggable compositions that encapsulate the infrastructure code and state. Terraform and Helmfile are supported as provisioners.
