  • Facebook Integration with Customer Service Managment of ServiceNow

    Designed and developed an app for the ServiceNow store which provides Facebook integration with customer service management cases for my last client. It provided customer service to unhappy customers making negative comments on the company's official Facebook posts.

  • IBM BlueMix Integration with ServiceNow

    Integrated ServiceNow with IBM Bluemix and migrated all the data from IBM BlueMix to make ServiceNow the master source of data for the user. Stored the data in custom tables within the custom scope of ServiceNow. Built a GUI over it for user activities.

  • AWS Integration with ServiceNow

    For a scenario where the API consumers wanted to consume the data of ServiceNow through GET API—data which could be in the millions of records and called on by hundreds of consumers at the same time—I exposed the data to AWS storage and created a delta sync between the two so the consumers can consume it via AWS, which would save ServiceNow from degrading system performance.
