http://www.digi.bioAs a CTO and co-founder, I oversaw software and hardware development for an IoT-powered platform, which used microfluidic technology to automate biologic laboratory research.
Together with my team, I developed a lightweight yet powerful back end, front end, and embedded software, mostly based on Node.js, React, Socket.IO, and MQTT to operate the hardware and readout its sensors, which worked excellently. The development of this included UI/UX design, A/B testing, and more.
Besides this, I oversaw and implemented a hardware device and disposable microfluidic cartridges technology and everything that comes with this, such as 3D modeling, manufacturing, sourcing, assembly, documentation, inventory management, and logistics.
It was a lot of work, and it was incredibly fun.
