4dot5 MissionControl is a solution that helps corporations automatically search multiple Job Boards and score and match the right talent for the job using machine learning to get a deep understanding of prospect, employee, and corporate profiles. It also helps corporations evaluate talent using Technical, Aptitude, and Psychometric Assessments.

I was involved in the requirements, feature discussion, and detailing the needs of the product. As the primary testing resource and business analyst, I identified the loopholes or problems with the features, involved in discussions to close or resolve them, and refined the requirements as needed. In addition to this I also:

• Created test plans with test effort estimates, created and executed test scenarios using their test cases, and updated test cases with results after execution.
• Involved in Testing and all its phases, including but not limited to planning, test cases, test cycles, etc.
• Identified, prioritized, and documented defects using Phabricator as a primary testing resource; retested them once fixed and tracked the defects to closure.
• Provided quality review and feedback on all test deliverables and generated test results report in the company-approved format.

An ACO is a network of doctors, hospitals, and insurance companies that share financial and medical responsibility for providing coordinated care to patients to limit unnecessary spending. An interface was developed for each role, and data transparency was attained for each role appropriately.

I was the primary tester for kickstarting this project and creating a base for the next tester to take over. In addition to this I also:

• Prepared test scenarios, planned and executed test cases, and prepared test summary reports.
• Performed extensive Integration and database testing as the data was pouring in various formats. This data had to be stored in our database, and complex matching algorithms were utilized to identify the patient and member as the same person.
• Performed functional testing, regression testing, ETL testing, smoke testing, sanity testing, and ad-hoc testing for various sprints.
• Involved in the release approval meetings and pre/post deployment testing for a smooth deployment to the production environment.
