Infonavit SoD Project
Since Infonavit suffered a big fraud, it was required to redesign all existing roles across all systems. This project's primary purpose was to significantly reduce existing risks in the company as soon as possible.
We achieved a reduction of at least 70% of existing risks. This achievement was possible by conducting multiple meetings with different business users. The goal was to fully understand how they used to work on their daily activities and which access was required to provide a correct solution for all persons and their job positions.
