Sony PlayStation wanted to create its own user-friendly portal to be used by 80 million gamers who can directly purchase their products. It was a multimillion-dollar project, and I was involved in developing the entire application, which is an eCommerce solution that was built using modern, future-proof solutions.

I delivered the front-end web app and developed all the features using a solid React-based technical stack, including tools like Redux, Webpack, and React Router. I integrated the application seamlessly with various back-end tools, including Cybersource payment gateway and Hybris order management tools. I worked with a team of around 10 people to collaborate on various Agile processes.

After the application was launched, customers quickly started using it, resulting in 150%+ higher revenues in that quarter alone, and the conversion rates were more than 600%.

ServiceNow is a workflow platform used by most Fortune 500 companies. The company wanted to expand its reach and usability by enhancing its machine learning capabilities. This was a significant goal at the organization level, with high visibility and priority.

As part of that effort, I co-created a dashboard that powers users to train, test, and publish their ML solutions to be used in their various capabilities, such as search and virtual agents (chatbots). I delivered the application, including all features and integrations, using a React and Apollo GraphQL-based web app that uses cutting-edge features that were built in-house to integrate with the ServiceNow platform and use its capabilities.

The application was seamlessly integrated with the platform and back end, using advanced tools like Apollo Client and GraphQL resolvers. I integrated the application with build tools and worked on enhancing the user and developer experience.

Major clients adopted the new feature immediately after it was launched, and the trend continued to grow exponentially. This also increased the adoption of ML capabilities in all the clients' websites and increased platform engagement.

PepsiCo wanted to solve one of the bigger challenges for its field agents and save environmental resources by going completely paperless with its forms. Subsequently, I was involved in creating and delivering a unique web app that manages online forms and also works when a user goes offline.

I delivered a seamless solution built on GatsbyJS and React along with the Workbox (service worker) tool that allows the app to work flawlessly where there is no network and users can install it as a PWA app. I collaborated with various internal teams to successfully integrate various capabilities, including subscription-based forms, version-controlled data, and background sync of saved data.

This project was launched in Middle East countries with huge success and quick adoption by employees in other countries, resulting in a global success. The web app enabled the company to cut huge costs in physical forms and achieve significant environmental benefits due to reduced paper consumption.

Franklin Templeton, one of the largest investment firms in the United States, planned to modernize its old websites and move toward responsive, fast, and mobile-friendly portals for its entire suite of websites. I was in the core team that designed and implemented the platform redesign solution to achieve this objective. We built an elegant solution using Angular and Node.js frameworks.

My Contributions:
• Developed improved fund pages with charts and graphical layouts.
• Delivered a unique design system and reusable component library that helped power all the websites with reusable sections and pages, which cut a lot of development costs.
• Integrated with account management tools to make the American and Canadian sites fully integrated with SSO tools.
• Delivered fully functional integration with modern adaptive search capabilities.

As the newly redesigned websites were launched, the company had a $700+ million increase in revenue in the next quarter alone, marking the delivery of a huge milestone for the company.
