Kamarero turns tables faster and keeps customers happy with an easy-to-use digital menu and ordering system. Perfect for any restaurant or bar looking to modernize their service with efficiency and ease.

Within one year, The project accelerated from a small MVP in Nette Framework to a robust solution with my team, enabling the company to manage a large number of clients thanks to simple UI, implemented processes, and automation in profit calculation.

Cooperated on the creation of REST API back-end application with complex security layer for accessing data, client mobile application, and three standalone front-end applications:

• Client portal – Web and mobile application.
• Manager application.
• Administration and back office.

Developed a custom solution from scratch after the client gave us instructions and connected three call centers to this solution. The most important part was understanding and correcting the implementation of whole workflow processes for the agent, team leader, and manager, which was achieved. Currently, the system is used by more than 300 employees every day as the primary tool for their work.

Features and modules:
• Telesales campaigns for agents with auto-assign, reports (sales, performance, KPI, sales targets), call-script module, internal wiki, ticketing system, calendar (meetings, rescheduled calls), direct mailing, knowledge testing module, questionnaires for calls, and PDF creator for offers.
• All features have management, administration, and report modules.
