Loyalty Program Management
I worked on this project from 2015 to 2018 as a back-end developer/team lead for Synapse/Time Inc. client. In this project, I developed a data warehouse using Oracle, PostgreSQL, and Redshift databases to capture brand loyalty, customer engagement/retention, and loyalty redemption data. The ETL process was holding all the sales data (70% of US magazine market share) of the Time company and third-party magazines and loyalty clubs.
Mobile Device Management and Mobile Service Management
I worked on this project from 2008 to 2014 for BoxTone (acquired by BlackBerry Limited) as a lead software engineer and database developer. For this project, I developed a transactional and OLAP database in Oracle to manage and track Apple devices. I also created the workflows in PL/SQL to register and manage the corporate devices, including BlackBerry and Windows (ActiveSync) devices. Apart from that, I also worked on database warehousing and BI dashboard using Oracle Apex to show the real-time stats of the managed devices.
