Transformed monolithic applications into microservices to create mission-critical apps. I developed Log Analytics solutions using Amazon Kinesis and Elasticsearch to gather, analyze, and process log data. I directed the implementation of Amazon Cloud Services and DevOps tools, such as Jenkins and Ansible.

My other responsibilities included:
• Implementing Amazon EKS Services for Kubernetes microservice architecture and using monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Automating and orchestrating Ansible and Terraform to manage AWS infrastructure.
• Integrating CI/CD using Amazon ECS, JFrog Artifactory, GitLab, SonarQube, and Jira with Jenkins.
• Creating S3 buckets in AWS to store files for serving static content for a web app.
• Formulating multiple VPCs and public and private subnets following requirements and distributing them into various availability zones of the VPC.
• Devising a NAT gateway and instances to allow communication from private instances to the internet through bastion hosts.
• Ensuring a secure zone for organizations in AWS public cloud by using security groups, network ACLs, internet gateways, and route tables.
• Creating and configuring AWS Elastic Load Balancer and AWS Auto Scaling.

A React Native app for retirement planning with advanced calculation capabilities based on customer profiles.​ I designed and built a cloud environment or infrastructure using cloud-native services for hosting this platform on AWS. With the protection of customer data in mind, I constructed a lambda function to extract the data from AWS RDS and publish it as a source for further processing and analyzing the customer data in Power BI.

Engaged with a client to review their specific workloads using AWS Well-Architected Review. I provided a detailed report listing high-risk remediations and improved their overall architecture for the said workloads.

OUTCOMES
• Improved security provisions were made to secure clients' workloads using proven AWS services.
• Reduced cost savings without sacrificing degrading performance or availability.
• Established a baseline for effective governance and scalability.

Set up CI/CD pipelines for individual applications deployed on Amazon EC2 Auto Scaling group (ASG) using AWS CodePipeline, AWS CodeBuild, AWS CodeDeploy, and AWS CloudFormation. I established monitoring and alerting
systems for production environments and a disaster recovery (DR) strategy for Multi-AZ and multi-region fault tolerance and resiliency in AWS. Also, I documented architecture diagrams and best practices to be followed by developers for day-to-day work.
