I led the technical design, build, unit tests, and delivery of back-end engineering of the loyalty app. The APIs were developed on the microservices platform and hosted in Azure Kubernetes Service.

It resulted in U by Emaar app becoming no. 1 in App Store and Google Play under the lifestyle category.

The project involved building a fintech product, an internal crypto token for Emaar called EMR Token.

Emaar is one of the world's biggest real estate development companies, standing behind the tallest building in the world, Burj Khalifa, and the second biggest mall, The Dubai Mall. It's a blockchain-based loyalty and reward platform where users can spend and earn tokens inside the real estate and hospitality industry, such as buying a property with tokens or spending them on hotel stays.

The application is an official iOS application for both iPhone and iPad used by the Emaar property owners to manage customer properties through online services. It enables users to find customer invoices, pay customer service fees for properties with credit cards, apply for title deeds, request NOCs, apply for mortgage registration, and book maintenance for properties.

I led the engineering team to roll out Oracle Fusion for the Americana Group and the transition for setting up the annual maintenance support in an onshore or offshore model.

The project included:
• defining the technical strategy;
• building architecture;
• designing;
• conducting unit tests;
• delivering RICEFW technical components; and
• signing off the deliverables across the modules.

I also managed the aggregator integration on the MuleSoft Anypoint platform, led the API architecture, and designed and delivered the Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud and EPM technical architecture strategy, including PaaS for SaaS and cloud security. Additionally, I deployed a secure landing zone architecture for setting up the OCI tenancy, identity and access management policies, compartments, VCN, subnets, and internet gateway. My team also monitored resource usage, identified the cost-savings opportunities, and enabled automated and recurring savings, the migration of legacy applications to the cloud, identity federation, and hybrid on-premises connectivity.

Worked on an IoT project for Dubai Mall, the world's largest shopping mall operator. The project goal was to get the location analytics by extracting network data that reveals how customers move throughout the mall to deliver advanced contact tracing capabilities, including granular location and proximity dashboarding.

TECHNOLOGY STACK: Azure IoT Suite, including Azure IoT Hub, Stream Analytics, EventHub, data lake, HDInsights, Spark, and PowerBI.
