As part of this program, I provided suggestions re. data collections for the results from various test centers for COVID-19 used to report to the governor and the CDC are also used for contact tracing.

Enterprise Information Management for A Community College

I worked closely with the vice president and CIO of a premier educational institution to develop an Enterprise Information Management (EIM) roadmap. This transformation was part of the IT solution used to modernize the college's information systems.

Migration of In-house SQL Server Databased to AWS RDS

Served as the architect advisor collaborating with AWS architects to draw a roadmap to help a fintech client migrate their 2,500 SQL Server databases from in-house to an AWS platform. I assessed each database in isolation to see the level of complexity and its portability to Aurora or RDS.

Financial System Transformation

I oversaw the existing financial systems, including the new fare collection system. I modernized the revenue of the fare systems and financial applications as the business owner, the department led, and the subject matter expert.
