A real-estate platform for finding the best listings, optimizing commute times for customers, and providing value in the form of relevant metrics.

I am a co-founder of this company and a software developer for this product. This product leverages, among others, real-time traffic data and routing mechanisms to determine the best properties for the user's requirements. District data such as air quality, rent metrics, nearby points of interest, and earthquake statistics were also collected to provide full transparency for potential buyers. We are currently looking for venture capital investors.

The project is currently a WIP and built using Express.js with MongoDB on the back end (along with custom-built routing services) and Next.js with React on the front end to optimize SEO. We integrated Stripe for payment processing, used Recurly for subscription management, and implemented analytics collection through LogRocket and Heap.

One of the biggest news portals in Romania with over 12 million unique users per month.

I acted as the tech lead and created a fully custom MVC framework from scratch along with a custom ODM to get the maximum potential in terms of speed. It also has a custom incremental static generation (ISG) for pages, microservices such as AMP post-generation of new articles, comment validation through an ML spam classifier, article edit lock in real-time, SEO recommendations based on Yoast algorithm, and a notifier for Google to instantly index a new article.

In terms of speed, it achieved a median score of 100 on PageSpeed Insights, on both mobile and desktop, before changing the strategy of loading ads.

A Laravel-based platform to buy ads from any collaborator site.

I served as the tech lead of this project and managed to create the database structure, find an ingenious way to abstract the multi-tenant architecture, and create a smart way to live preview the slots a buyer wants directly on the platform. I also integrated a local payment processor and a live chat.

A web and mobile application for food delivery. I acted as the back-end and mobile developer for this project.

The project was built using Laravel, React, React Native, and MongoDB. It has a web CRM for restaurant owners to manage their products, categories and to track orders.

The mobile application lets users authenticate via email, Facebook, or Google, activate their account by their phone numbers, manage their addresses, manage their payment options, view the restaurants near them, create and track their orders, and review the restaurants they ordered from.
