  • Redesigned the Logo Isbasi web app, one of the most used finance/ERP cloud services for micro/small businesses in Turkey, boosting over 45,000 daily users.
  • Led the design team, collaborated with internal stakeholders, and managed sprints to hit every milestone over six months.
  • Replaced outdated, non-user-friendly structures with cohesive, easy-to-use designs, resulting in user task completion rates approaching 100%.
  • Increased time spent on the dashboard by transforming the classic dashboard into an operational hub with a new assistant for daily tasks and improved data visualization.
  • Made an extensive analysis of existing products, internal and external constraints, competitors, and feature-by-feature comparisons with stakeholder feedback and industry-leading features.
