- Led the design of the "Sourced for Good" national relaunch, including concept, photography, motion, Hulu spots, web, social, and email. Obtained a 5% bump in brand love, a 6% increase in shopping intent, and increased social engagement by 22X.
- Redesigned the WFM email design system (13 million subscribers); 70 components for four user bases. Reduced design time by 2X and increased open rates (16% to 27%), resulting in more brand love and recall than national TV at 1/10th the cost.
- Performed as a lead consultant for the WFM+Progressive Turkey Insurance program. The results were 1,404 total stories, 231 online, and 1,173 broadcasts, including the Today Show. Impressions of 290 million and customer sentiment near 100% positive.
