  • Lead UX Designer

    2018 - 2019
    • Led the UX of Purplebricks global website for UK, Australia and US; a complete redesign and restructure to launch a new digital presence and identity amongst its’ competitors as the no.1 online estate agents.
    • Designed high-fidelity wireframing and prototyping of key user journeys; including sellers, buyers, landlords, tenants, book valuation flows, cost of selling, how it works, and much more.
    • Benchmarked new UX and design solutions against previous principle testing through innovation and technology, to differentiate Purplebricks as a market leader.
    • Created a series of prototype animations to showcase proof of concepts to key stakeholder in the US and UK.
    • Created immersive proof of concepts for AR/VR/AI visualization at various touch-points of the customer journey - with a view to disrupting the real estate industry; including virtual viewings, investor tools, market data, smart assistant, and home improvements tools.
    • Gained qualitative and quantitative insights through user research and user testing methods; including guerrilla testing, implementing, and analyzing on-site surveys.
    • Created a version-control design language system, using Atomic design principles to house ‘atoms, molecules, and organisms’ whilst providing detailed supporting documentation.

  • UX Designer

    • Performed the UX audit of, revealing pain points across omnichannel.
    • Led discovery workshops for a new draw-based game release SET FOR LIFE, first in 13 years for the group.
    • Handled user research, gathering insight into current games and competition analysis.
    • Sketched concepts for Set For Life game experience (retail and digital) offering new way of playing online, checking results, and loss aversion.
    • Designed lo-fidelity wireframes of new play experience, including new lucky dip features and advanced play.
    • Prototyped low-fi solutions for user testing, internal and external (number pickers, wizard play journeys).
