Developed a financial model for the €700mm sale of Sibur-Portenergo LPG and oil products terminal to a consortium of investors (1.5 MTPA of LPG and 2.5 MTPA of oil products).
Originated roughly $200mm in new deals; mainly in logistics of agricultural commodities (grain, oilseeds).
Led a $100mm+ sale of a large oil & gas equipment producer and engineering company to a strategic investor.
Raised $10mm in Series B funding for an international O&G tech company.
Designed and developed a business intelligence platform for company’s commodity trading business. The platform optimized oil products delivery flows by aggregating real-time data on marine tankers and railcars (200+ GB of raw data per year).
Led the purchase of a stake in the largest Russian wine producer; consolidated the financial reports of the holding (7 subsidiaries) and performed the DD process.
Advised clients across different industries (e.g., TMT, retail, industrials) on a broad range of transactions including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, strategic acquisitions, and private placements.
Designed the transaction structure and financial model for the merger of 2 large Russian auto retailers.
Gave advice directly to the CEO of a food production company about a $20mm debt-restructuring project; was put in charge of the project while being an analyst and successfully closed the deal.
