- Advised GE's CFO on restructuring and capital allocation decision-making critical to GE's separation into three public companies. This included ensuring financial readiness for the successful spin-off of GE HealthCare.
- Worked with the GE CFO and treasury team on $1.8 billion of capital allocation. This was the amount of cash distributed to the GE HealthCare business to enable a successful spin-off.
- Led GE's guidance-setting process with external investors. Established a framework for the total company and segments, with the view to help investors understand the say-do ratio of the segments (in preparation for a spin-off).

GE Power, GE Renewable Energy
- Contributed to renewable energy. Restructured the business unit to drive better profitability, improved working capital efficiency ($1 billion), and partnered with supply chain/commercial teams to increase pricing on products during inflation.
- Transformed three businesses to profitability and cash generation. Used lean principles to drive focus, restructuring, better underwriting, lower variable costs, and optimized SG&A.
- Implemented relevant KPIs and drove daily management and continuous improvement.
- Handled gas power contractual services. Improved milestone execution and reduced deferred costs and late billings to generate $1 billion. Reduced $100+ million of SG&A and disciplined capital allocation for a $800 million R&D/ engineering budget.

GE Grid Solution
- Developed the BD model and the proforma financial statements of a transmission and distribution joint venture between GE and Alstom ($5 billion of revenue). After the deal closed, I led FP&A to ensure the proforma financials became the budget.
- Worked as the integration leader and coordinated the various synergy actions to be delivered. These were well above $200 million. After the deal closed, I led the synergy execution process to deliver $200+ million in benefits.
- Handled integrations: the transition from IFRS to US GAAP, setting up factoring of receivables, improving the linearity of cash generation, and shortening the quarter-end finance process for corporate management reporting to 2 weeks (from 6+ weeks).

GE Capital
- Worked as the CFO of a JV in the Middle East. Secured investment-grade ratings, listed on the Irish Stock Exchange, and issued public debt. Built capabilities to manage treasury operations, risk management, capital markets, controllership, pricing, and financial reporting.
- Worked as the CFO of Capital Markets at GE Money (No Synchrony Bank). Managed securitization of $25 billion in assets and raised $18 billion in asset-backed debt.
- Owned GE Capital's funding plan of around $450 billion in debt and around $65 billion in cash as the finance leader. Oversaw around $12 billion in interest expense and transfer pricing for GE Capital. Reported to the CFO of GE Capital's Treasury unit and directly supported the GE Treasurer.
