When I joined the company, its Google Ads campaigns were underperforming, with low conversion rates and high costs per acquisition. The company was struggling to achieve a positive ROI, which threatened its overall digital marketing strategy.

My task was to revamp the Google Ads strategy to significantly increase conversions while reducing the overall cost per conversion, aligning the campaign with the company's ROI goals.

I conducted an in-depth analysis of the existing campaigns, identifying key areas for improvement, including keyword optimization, ad copy refinement, and bid strategy adjustments. I also implemented A/B testing across different ad groups to identify the most effective combinations. Additionally, I introduced advanced targeting methods and employed automated bidding strategies to enhance performance.
