SMBs and agencies were losing inbound leads to a speed-to-lead gap. Prospects filled out a form, then waited hours for a callback, by which point intent had collapsed. Hiring human SDRs to call instantly was expensive, slow to scale, and inconsistent. The result: high top-of-funnel traffic, low connect and booking rates, and leads going cold before anyone reached them.

I built an end-to-end autonomous outbound system that calls every inbound lead within 60 seconds of form submission. A Retell AI voice agent on Telnyx handles live qualification and booking. Before each call, the prospect’s domain is scraped and LLM-summarized, then injected to open the call with real context. Qualified leads book onto Cal.com; outcomes route to WhatsApp/Telegram; a Supabase CRM logs every touch, and auto-re-engages no-shows. Built hands-on, AI-forward by design.

Speed-to-lead cut from ~4 hours to under 60 seconds. ~90% of inbound leads engaged within the first minute with zero SDR time, ~30% booking a demo, and ~20% of no-shows were recovered. One person now runs what used to need a full SDR team.

Short-term rental hosts manage guest info in a mess of PDFs and repeat chat messages, and they’re hard to reach: they ignore cold email and aren’t in traditional B2B channels. A standard email funnel got almost no traction. The challenge was twofold: a product that hosts would actually pay for, and an outbound motion that met them where they already are.

I built a WhatsApp-first funnel around a productized digital guest guide. A free templates page captures hosts at the top. A generator spins up a custom, branded prototype for each host, deployed instantly to Vercel. A stateful WhatsApp bot handles delivery, follow-up, and Stripe checkout; the channel hosts actually answer. A scripted engine posts targeted offers across 221 host groups (IT + ES). Flow: capture -> prototype -> WhatsApp nurture -> checkout.

A WhatsApp-native funnel replaced a dead email motion: reach across 221 host groups in two markets, ~40 inbound conversations, ~5 personalized prototypes delivered, and first paying hosts onboarded from a cold start.
