CaseIQ is a case management software that can be used for various use cases such as HR and staffing, legal, compliance, and healthcare. CaseIQ is in the B2B SaaS space. During my time there, I was able to implement strategies that led to demo requests increasing by 239%, while PPC-generated sales were boosted by 187%, and ROAS grew from 2.4 to 6.3.

The market was fairly niche and required an expansion of use cases. I expanded the verticals that CaseIQ was involved in and ran successful PPC, SEO, and content marketing campaigns. As traffic grew, I also implemented A/B testing strategies in order to lower the CPA and further raise ROAS.

Revamping Website Using Data

Overhauled completely Mixmax's website using collected data, which helped increase conversion rates across the website.
