Redesign Web API development for Costco

Led development of product items inventory and vendor management API at the heart of servicing Costco’s $141 billion annual revenue lines of businesses.

Trained multiple cross-functional teams at Costco in Azure cloud and Azure APIM within less than a quarter. Improved new API development and made onboarding faster for all of Costco, from months to days, by streamlining the deployment process, CI/CD pipeline, and simplified product intake process. Collaborated with leadership, cross-functional teams, and business stakeholders to deliver product roadmaps and align with partner teams for MVP scope, launch, and timeline.

Product Lead for Fleet Management Platform

https://www.gsa.gov/buying-selling/products-services/transportation-logistics-services/fleet-management/

Led design and development of fleet management for 53 US government agencies saving the GSA roughly $20 million for the fiscal Year 2022 onwards.

In January 2022, I launched the MVP of the vehicle management platform five months ahead of schedule for 40,000 government employees. This product streamlined the user experience for vehicle management, including searching for a vehicle, registering, attaching a license plate, printing a registration card, etc., and cutting downtime for task completion by 4X from hours (and in some cases days) to minutes.

As the product lead, I led multiple scrum teams, tracked team velocity, and achieved a 94% sprint efficiency average. Coached and managed direct reports, including three product owners on product intake and agile best practices. As a result, I improved sprint efficiency KPI by 1.5X.

Senior Product Owner for Healthcare Greenfield Product

http://www.premierinc.com

Owned delivering key features on a $300 million product line at Premier Inc that sped up data ingestion, reporting, and insights, from days to minutes and helped grow the number of hospital clients by 40% within the first fiscal year of the roll-out.

Served as a product owner on Operation Advisors, Premier’s flagship product for hospital labor and cost management. Premier is a leading healthcare technology company, uniting more than 4,000 US hospitals and health systems and approximately 175,000 other providers creating transformations such as making labor, cost, and supply management more efficient.

I improved UAT, test planning, and user onboarding with rapid prototyping. I improved the frequency of major releases of Operations Advisor 6X in two years and delivered the product to hospital clients faster, gathered feedback, iterated, and continuously improved key capabilities. I launched multiple versions of the data dashboard, which became a big success with hospital clients, garnering positive feedback, and grew the client base by nearly 40% in three years. This added approximately $30 million to the bottom line of a $300 million product line for Premier.
