We could not give financial incentives as per the guidance of the VP of legal and, as of last year, the US law for Medicare patients, so people shared the program purely from altruism and due to their stellar experience with the product.

Omada is an incredible health product that helps people manage and sometimes even reverse their chronic health conditions, including diabetes. For colleagues or family members eligible for the program, they got to use it at no additional cost to them. The company made $x,000 from each sign-up, making this program the highest ROI initiative.

Our mission is to help more women enter and flourish in technical roles through one-on-one mentorship. We believe that by providing more direct support, advocacy, and community development across company boundaries, we can help more women build rewarding careers in technology.

WEST is a one-year mentorship program that addresses the fact that women in technology leave at twice the rate of men and female minorities at rates closer to four times. WEST participants are matched in a curated and supported 1:1 mentoring experience.

In addition to the mentoring partnership, the WEST experience incorporates learning across peer groups, access to the WEST mentoring community, and learning activities aligned with the individual women's identified development areas. These are under three umbrellas: mission, community, and feedback.

The impact has been very positive. We have had 1,000+ mentees and mentors who have benefited from the program in the couple of years that WEST has been active.

We are looking into expanding our efforts even more through future partnerships.

WeTravel now works with 1200+ travel companies and organizers as clients due to our work together. I mapped out KPIs and gathered metrics to help develop a pivotal feature post-launch with WeTravel. I researched and marketed to an entirely new demographic (yoga and meditation enthusiasts and retreat organizers), now the company's largest revenue driver.

The online yoga booking community leaves much to be desired; this is especially true when considering contact with professionals. None of the competitive websites researched act as a comprehensive hub where clients can connect with organizers. Sometimes, the only contact is done via e-mailing the website's administrative person/team.

Creating a sense of community online through this project was one of the most important features of building WeTravel.
