Mind the Product Training is a thriving program that teaches thousands of PMs every year through two sales channels, public workshops, and corporate sales.
I developed the content plan, the content library, the customer journey, the sales process, pricing, and market positioning.
I cultivated and recruited a community of 90 product managers globally who were all willing to teach for Mind the Product as a side gig.
Sainsbury's Chop Chop

Began the project from the greenfield discovery stage.
I conducted customer development, competitor analysis, lean testing of the service offering, and an ongoing roadmap to build priority for minimum viable release.
Worked with Sainsbury’s on logistics and operations for the service and developed the brand and tone for the app.
I delivered the first release within three months in the London Beta market and expanded to three additional regions within one year.
Aramex Mobile App
Conducted discovery on customer segment, problem space, and product and market fit. Created a minimum viable release priority and ongoing roadmap for Aramex.
Aramex is the largest courier in the Middle East.
They wanted to improve the service they provided their customers while decreasing customer service costs and invested in revamping their mobile app from scratch.
I was tasked with conducting field research in three regions, customer discovery, customer journey mapping, and creating a minimum viable release and a six-month roadmap.
