I engaged data leaders across Europe and Asia to draft a compelling vision, understand user needs, and define requirements bringing together data analytics, insurance experts, designers and developers, and Microsoft Azure experts. We created a framework comprising reusable building blocks and data user journeys and piloted best-of-breed technologies able to operationalize the company’s next-gen vision.

I managed a 4-person team to identify vaccine hesitancy influencers on social media platforms, determine false claims, and match them to appropriate counterclaim content through sentiment analytics, content discovery and tagging, and dashboard reporting.

I led the implementation and scaleout across the US and Europe of Miro, a visual collaboration platform, supporting at the peak 3,000+ active internal and external, 9,000+ digital whiteboards, and zero adverse events. Key activities included market horizon scanning of online whiteboard technologies, managing vendor relationships, running demo workshops, and developing an investment case, governance, and use case security documentation to ensure data and security compliance. I also created a best practice playbook for remote working, led team webinars to showcase applications, managed user queries, resolved issues, and oversaw billing and user access management.
