    • Handed the reigns for the largest IT project in the Mousquetaires Group history in Poland, creating a complex RFP for a major ERP system purchase.
    • Led a company-wide Agile transformation in IT and marketing. Transitioned teams to an Agile mindset and reduced time-to-delivery to less than three months. Introduced scrum master training and new project management tools such as Jira.

    • Chosen as one of the leaders of a company-wide initiative, responsible for changes to the IT systems, and the successful delivery of a new IT strategy for one of the 30 largest companies in Poland.
    • Modernized the store purchasing process by introducing custom software that enabled real-time ordering for ultra-fresh products (fruits and vegetables).
    • Transitioned the purchasing and trade marketing departments to a digitalized workflow for promotion management, reducing the need for manual work, paper documentation, and enabling new ways to analyze data.
    • Joined the team as a project specialist and transitioned to an IT project manager role. Successfully delivered an innovative efficiency scoring solution for retail locations based on mobile-enabled store audits and revenue analysis.
    • Led the initiative to transition many of the core transactional systems into the cloud, migrating solutions to AWS and Azure, which saved costs while increasing availability and performance.

Project History

  • G-coin Wallet
    Refined the agile development process for a globally distributed team.

    Managed a team of seven software and QA engineers across three time zones to help deliver frequent updates to the mobile application and the multiple back-end services (Java and Python) on AWS. Facilitated Kanban and a combination of synchronous and asynchronous communication methods across the team.

  • Intermarche Retail Loyalty Application
    Launched one of the most well-received retail FMCG applications in Poland and managed it throughout its two years of releases. Met internal targets for user engagement and customer acquisition.

    Worked with internal stakeholders (marketing, purchasing, brand) and managed external suppliers and freelance engineers to deliver a personalized loyalty solution for the customers of one of the biggest retailers in Poland.

  • Internal Purchasing Application for Retail Stores
    Launched the MVP within two months and onboarded over 230 locations within the first two years of operations

    Involved in the project as a project manager and proxy product owner. I managed a team of software engineers and IT support staff. The project was RoR internal application, which allowed stores to order fresh vegetables, discounted products, and promotional offers from the HQ.

  • IT Strategy for Intermarche and Bricomarche Poland
    Managed an end-to-end IT audit for one of the largest retailers in Poland and developed an IT strategy, which was then confirmed by the board of directors.

    Managed external consultants, team leaders from purchasing, marketing, legal, and logistics departments to align the company IT strategy with business goals. Delivered a comprehensive report with recommendations, which were accepted by the IT department and the board of directors in Poland and France.

  • RFP for ERP System Intermarche/Bricomarche Poland
    As project and program manager, I helped launch one of the biggest retail RFPs in Poland for the purchase of an ERP + retail system (HQ and retail locations).

    I managed a team of over 20 team leads, managers, and heads to deliver a comprehensive list of requirements for the HQ and retail locations, gather market information, organize the RFP, and perform a system selection.
