Designed and implemented CORE, a scalable Agile framework inspired by SAFe, Nexus, and Lean, improving delivery and collaboration across seven teams.
I designed and implemented CORE, a custom Agile scaling framework built to address delivery challenges in a fast-growing health and fitness company. CORE was inspired by principles from SAFe, Nexus, and Lean and adapted to the organization’s specific culture, structure, and maturity.
The initiative started with two immature Scrum teams and scaled to seven cross-functional, distributed teams. CORE introduced a lightweight governance model, cross-team synchronization, backlog refinement at scale, and unified metrics. As the agile coach, I led coaching sessions for the engineering, product, and program departments, facilitated the framework rollout, and trained scrum masters and product owners to ensure long-term sustainability.
