Managed large scale online banking project using waterfall. Led the transition to shift from Short-term lending to Long-term installments products. Oversaw all operations in this migration, scope, timelines, and budget forecasts, as well as delivering status updates and addressing risks and requirement changes.

Led the process from initial design, through setting up, leading change management across 100+ people in eight locations, up to the regular and tuned up rhythm. Was working directly for the current Director, Technology Advantage Practice Area of BCG.
In the end, we had a new system implemented which showed exactly in real time what the progress of each project was with integration with Jira and what were the current blockers and risks associated with each project. There were guidelines for every project manager on how to escalate problems and report on their projects and different custom-built tools in google sheet for analyzing project budget, scope and timeline.
