The areas covered included procurement, shipping, logistics, installation, quality assurance, marketing, product management, sales activation, and user acceptance testing.
Real-time Data (RTA) and Evolution Project
Successfully launched the upgrade of the customer value management platform across five markets.
The upgrade of the marketing campaign platform was to create more business-to-customers (B2C) ear-time promotions and offers with a budget of $3 million and to integrate the migration of an on-premise data warehouse to a Microfost Azure cloud-based platform.
The Caribbean Publisher Alliance
