2. Active, confirmed, recovered, and deceased cases displayed on the site for each state, city, and district.
3. Reporting of any fake news online. A user can fill out the form, and when submitted, a case is created in CRM, and an email is triggered from Marketing Cloud's Journey Builder.
4. A Chatbot was set up with automated responses and used to interact with the users regarding symptoms or any basic questions. Also, the chat can be transferred to an agent, if online, via the omnichannel feature.
5. Data was synced from CRM to Einstein Analytics and later used in the form of maps, charts, graphs, and tables for visualization.

Slack-SFMC Integration | Personal Project
Without logging into Marketing Cloud, a user can retrieve information about the Marketing Cloud business unit from the Trust site by typing a slash command within Slack. The information included incidents and current and upcoming maintenance.
Instead of manually checking the Marketing Cloud Health status daily on the Trust site, the users can type a simple slash command and share the information with the team.
