  • Created from the ground up, a tailor-made CRM system to support around 500 users from several departments. I was involved in product lifecycle management, including BA, DB design, software development, training, and 1st and 2nd level support.
  • Developed a contact management system for call center agents to gather customer information and complaints for further analysis and resolve open customer tickets based on predefined workflow rules.
  • Built a retention module for managing customers eligible for retention, storing contact data while the retention offer is open, storing subsidy data into the billing system, and integrating with the retail system upon successful offer close.
  • Developed an SMS notification module for SMS notification of customers upon predefined actions. A credit limit module for monitoring traffic and notifying and suspending customers upon reaching predefined traffic thresholds.
  • Created a fraud management module to monitor possible fraud activities based on reports based on CDR archived data, NRTRDE data, and ticklers generated from the billing system.
  • Designed and created a retail system for Cosmofon and master dealer shops for financial. Built a module for issuing fiscal bills for material bookkeeping, following the stock and sales.
  • Designed and created a bill collection module to implement a collection of payments for customer invoices and provide an interface to the billing systems (BSCS or Mobile Mercury) and ERP (Oracle Financials ERP or SAP RMCA systems).
  • Designed a database and implemented the call detail record archive. A module for decoding TTFILEs from MSCs and storing data into the database. I was also involved in DB partitioning and tuning due to a large number of records.
