An 18-month project architectured for the WHO's INFOSAN department.

This was the most significant career challenge I've faced and included designing an application based on API Platform, Next.js, and React from scratch. I used Docker to containerize the system and the app's main components and services include:
• PHP (Symfony5 back end)
• Next.js and React (front end)
• Mercure (live notifications)
• RabbitMQ (queuing system)
• ElasticSearch (global search engine)
• MongoDB and Rocket.chat (live messaging)
• Nginx (web server)
• Microsoft Azure login connector service

The application is used worldwide by every government's assigned food safety specialist teams.

A Drupal 9 website built mostly with the help of paragraphs to serve information sharing between WTO and its member countries and organizations. It is an extremely important website to help admit all countries to member level and access public information to help them achieve this goal.
The website contains lots of search pages to easily find key information, furthermore, a well-constructed UI to navigate. My role was the technical conception, team leadership, and development of key features.

A presentation website for a world-renown NGO. I built this website on the Cappuccino starter kit evolved version (https://www.drupal.org/project/cappuccino) and launched it with no bugs reported.

The website's differentiator is using a design system that allows creating diverse pages with the power of paragraphs module. Editors can create landing pages and sub-pages easily and seamlessly integrate basic views without understanding how they are on the technical level (back-office views UI). Customized cards lists, media, image galleries, rich text editors, vertical column split (in two or three) are just a few clicks away with this implementation, to mention a few options out of many.

An online learning platform using the best of two worlds: Drupal CMS for data management and React for the front end to provide an interactive experience.
The platform is currently used by IMD business university of Lausanne.
It is under constant development, as periodically new games are added. My contribution was creating the entire technical conception, implementing the most difficult development tasks alongside managing a team of five people. I also helped clients succeed and meet their expectations through creative talks and meetings.

A school intranet containing several API integrations for teachers and students to centralize activities and information sharing related to the school (calendars, schedules, grades, news, web forms, shopping, and more). My involvement consisted of leading the execution team, architecture of certain solutions, client consulting, and technical management. The website has OneLogin authentication; thus, public pages are unavailable to be visited.

I was part of the team implementing this Drupal website. My role was key to implementing complex features such as interactive editing experience and external API-related elements, such as donations, web forms, campaigns, etc.
The website was built using an in-house design system tailored to Drupal's Paragraphs.
It is heavily visited by many people following a great variety of faiths to bring them together. He is currently doing maintenance and evolution-type work for the organization.

While at Inovae (Geneva, Switzerland), I managed the company's production aiming to:
• Study the company's team and find ways to gain efficiency.
• Implement significant improvements in Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket while finding a cohesive workflow to execute projects more efficiently.
• Orchestrate the workflow and supervise the execution of Scrum and Kanban projects.
• Improve personal and team organization by setting standards in work habits.
• Provide technical support for developers and project managers.
• Participate in RFPs and client interviews.
• Manage clients directly and perform technical analysis of their needs.
