DMG Salesforce Implementation

This project led to a platform built on Salesforce where the Client could better manage their relationship with their customers. It included multiple modules as follows:

1. Customer Inquiries Management Tool - This module allowed the customers to submit inquiries to the client company easily. The Client was then able to respond to and resolve these inquiries in a streamlined manner.

2. HR Management Tool - This module allowed for a streamlined process to hire new talent on behalf of the customers and for internal client needs. This tool allowed for a streamlined hiring process, from scheduling interviews to signing onboarding agreements.

3. A Customer Facing Portal - This module allows the customers to log in to a dedicated portal where they can access all relevant data in a meaningful and streamlined manner.

B2B Implementation

Designed and developed the B2B platform implementation on the Salesforce platform as part of a team. This project utilized the B2B package offered by Salesforce on AppExchange (Previously called CloudCraze) for an easy-to-use ordering process for the Client.

Salesforce Integration Project

Designed and developed a full end-to-end 2-way data integration between the Salesforce platform and related applications. This included complex contact data with intricate matching conditions for improved data hygiene to reduce contact duplication issues. The designed integration pattern is a custom solution hosted on AWS, using services like AWS SNS, SQS, and Lambdas functions. The final solution has been reliable and scalable with improved error handling.
