I designed the complete architecture for the companies' private cloud, where all the SaaS applications were being deployed.

Goals:
• Meet all security regulations for the industry.
• Implement end-to-end automation.
• Requires no manual interventions for any normal day-to-day workflows.
• Make data security a top priority, together with the general environment security.

Technologies: vSphere, NSX, vRA (orchestrating vSphere, NSX, and more), Terraform (integrating into vRA via a custom provider), Puppet (Bootstrap Nomad nodes), Docker (and a custom Docker IPAM driver for allocating NSX IPs via Linux IPvlan), Nomad (for container orchestration), Consul (for full-service discovery and configuration management), Vault (secret management, end-to-end internal communication encryption via short-lived certificates, credentials management), GlusterFS (distributed content management for automation), and WildFly (an application server for the Java-based apps).

This was a solution for a private customer who needed to manage hundreds of PostgreSQL databases in the production environment easily.

Goals:
• Optimize storage efficiency.
• Implement a very easy management system.
• Follow industry standards in terms of security (governmental institution).
• Completely audit the access to the applications and operators.
• Implement automatic provisioning of new clusters, backups, backup operations, and more.

Technologies: PostgreSQL, Linux/BTRFS, Ceph, Docker (with a custom Docker volume plugin), Terraform, Nomad, Consul, Vault, and Puppet.

A marketplace platform that connects social media influencers with advertisers.

Technologically, the platform was made of a mobile and web app written in Flutter and several microservices written in PHP and Node.js.

As a CTO of the company, I was the lead architect and product manager.
