- Managed the delivery of a cloud-based data lake platform and data warehouse.
- Built the company data catalog (on Confluence), documenting every set, from ingested raw data to refined data marts.
- Transformed virtual queue data (JSON time-series-like) into a track-and-trace data mart, allowing the company to stay compliant.
- Wrangled online ordering, till and ePoS, collection, delivery, loyalty and payments external datasets into a cohesive 'customer 360 view' data mart.
- Produced a sales analysis data mart from the ePoS data, enabling granular data analysis and built a dashboard to reconcile the data with our financial system.

- Designed an integrated stock system from scratch. The solution was the bedrock for capturing menu sales mix and managing recipes. It facilitated the adoption of standard stock management processes across the business.
- Led the delivery of a SharePoint intranet to replace the outdated intranet solution, coupled with the introduction of document management and the adoption of K2 as a business process management platform.
- Architected, built, and maintained a workflow-based invoice approval system. The solution enabled the purchase ledger team to retain its small size during Nando's explosive expansion (x4), increasing payment accuracy and turnaround.
