A Data Warehouse as a Service Company
- Enhanced and fixed bugs on the existing data model. Bug fixes included a complete review and fix of the omnichannel sales reporting module.
- Improved the data model to accommodate additional business areas to support retail analytics. Some of the areas included marketing, customer analytics, and payroll.
- Assisted with the implementation of three new customers. I completed various integration with structured, semi-structured, and API-based data.
- Managed four developers who delivered a demo dataset, anonymizing real-world data from one of our clients (with their consent). Its purpose is ETL orchestration and demo dashboards for showcasing the data model's capability to potential customers.
- Managed a team of three people for deprecating unwanted modules adding five modules to the data model, setting up the data model on a modeling tool, and centralized the repository where the core model and clients' versions could all be appropriately managed.

- Completed pre-sales technical consulting for two large retailers in Australia. Managed a team of six people offshore to deliver sample ETL and dashboards on their data as part of POC.

- Headed R&D for an accelerated delivery mechanism for Snowflake projects. The team included seven developers, and I architected and managed the delivery framework. The outcome of this effort was a 2-week accelerated implementation module.
