- Gathered and understood the requirements in a discovery session with clients and transformed the requirements into user stories. I also created test plans and suites and test cases.
- Executed the test cases and created bug and summary reports. In addition, I led UAT sessions and bug triage meetings with clients and stakeholders.
- Led the team of QA and developers for wireframe mapping and tested eCommerce websites on different browsers, iOS, and Android mobile phones and tablets.

After successful delivery, I had to lead the UAT sessions for requirements mapping and later bug triage meetings. All the artifacts were created on Azure DevOps, and to show the progress, I created and managed all the dashboards for the management and the client. Besides that, I led communication and coordination within the QAs and developers team, including back-end and front-end developers. The scope was to test the site with four locales on all major browsers, mobile devices, and tablets. There are 36 real-time integrations involved to manage the product catalog, order management system, and loyalty discounts. Including credit cards and PayPal, custom payment solutions were developed and tested to facilitate loyal customers.
