live.imadhusanka.me includes a live interface with micro-interactions which also enables the visitors to see how others are interacting with the site. Visitors can also chat with each other anonymously.

Maptionary is a dictionary that doesn't just tell you what a word means; it shows you what it means.

I developed Maptionary, an application built with Vue on the front end, which uses orchestration between multiple services to compile the dataset required to construct a map explaining the input word. The built app uses SVG and Vue components to visualize the word on the front end. My user research skills enabled me to create a dictionary that not only tells users what a word means but shows them what the word means through a dynamic and interactive interface. User behavior visualization tools were integrated with Maptionary to understand how the users interact with the application, enabling me to reduce friction on the user flow.

Vuulr is a global content marketplace for film and TV rights, where I was responsible for overlooking user experience (UX) and component development, as the application included heavy use of form inputs and validations. I worked on the initial phase of front-end development for the project in the Laravel back-end smart contract-based project.

myPrices.lk is a project I worked on to test out framework features on SolidJS on the front end. The application uses Firebase as a back end and uses some Heroku apps in the background for the long-running crawling services to collect required pricing data on demand, which is then cached with Firebase.

AdEka.lk is a free online Craigslist platform for Sri Lanka to test out the framework features of Svelte. The application used Firebase on its back end and was primarily focused on the front-end implementation with Svelte.

myStay.lk was an example project created to test out the Vue framework for the front end. The application uses firebase as a back end and has a few integrations with Cloudinary for image uploads. The project aims to provide information on places to stay within the country.

I had the opportunity to design the front end of Kloudmart. This online platform aimed to provide a user-friendly interface for building telco applications without prior programming knowledge. By incorporating the latest UX design practices, I ensured that the platform was easy to navigate and that the drag-and-drop interface was intuitive, making it accessible to a broad user base; where the application simulator that I developed, which allows users to simulate apps built using the platform, ensured that the user experience (UX) was smooth and efficient.

Habitto is a landing page for a fintech startup built with Next.js. I optimized the content with the help of a designer to ensure a rich user experience (UX) for the local user base in Japan, and end-to-end tests were written with Cypress.io for the project to support this UX.

The web project is exported as static content. It fetches the dynamic content, such as blog posts, from an external CMS (initially Contentful to be migrated to DatoCMS) using a GraphQL API during the build time. The export content is statically served through a CDN.
