I have delivered infrastructures, security frameworks, and data transfers for thousands of applications and servers under a variety of situations; reduced operating costs; increased agility and flexibility; modernized operations to take advantage of new methods; and improved security.

Digital Services

World Class Service Development

Served on the leadership team of a joint effort between AWS and Phillips to define and bring to market the AWS MIS service, code named Sentinel. I played a key role in all aspects of leading and participating in initial ideation through development, rollout, and support to make the service operational. I also focused on defining, training, and working with the internal development teams to understand and adopt Agile and DevOps methods.

Divisional Transformations for a Top-5 Global Aerospace Company

Served on the leadership team that spearheaded a digital transformation for one of our nation's leading aerospace companies. I played a key role in transforming the culture, mindset, people, processes, and tools for all aspects of transforming three of six company divisions for the company. I was instrumental in securing the follow-on contract for transforming the remaining three divisions.

Real-time, Real-world, Topic-based Learning

Traditional ways and methods of training do not meet the needs of today's students. Today's world is what I call "dynamic," where our need to learn is driven by what is going on in our daily life as we try to achieve results today. Therefore, to best support students, we need to provide topic-based content in real-time using the student's real-world working environment as the classroom.
